Q: Is it Ok to eat before Yoga and/or Reiki sessions?
It is recommended to eat several hours prior to a Yoga or Reiki sessions to promote better movement and relaxation. If you have specific health concerns, please consult with your physician.
Q: What should I bring and wear to a Yoga class?
A mat, a tie, a towel and wear comfortable clothes. Be prepared to take off your shoes and/or wear skid proof flexible footwear.
Q: I have trouble getting on the floor, can I still practice Yoga?
Yoga can be practiced from any position, including in bed or in a chair. Google "chair yoga" for adaptations to traditional floor and standing poses.
